Term and Conditions and the Refund Process
When Ordering ONLINE with ILSPEED.COM
PRICES:
All prices are F.O.B. Naperville,IL., and are subject
to change without notice. Quoted modification charges
may apply to special order or custom parts. Minimum
order is $20.00.
TERMS:
All special orders require a 100% deposit. Personal
checks are subject to bank clearance. All special
orders are shipped C.O.D., however C.O.D. charges
can be saved by prepaying the full amount of the invoice,
including freight charges.
SHIPPING:
All orders are processed as soon as possible after
receipt of deposit (Cash, Credit Card or Check) and
are; shipped via UPS or U.S.P.S. Surface, unless otherwise
specified: i.e., UPS first day, UPS second day, UPS
three day, Air Freight or Federal Express.
BACK ORDER POLICY: (02/01/08)
Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur.
If this happens, we make every effort to cross-reference
the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. Occasionally
an item is oversold. If this is the case, we will
fill the orders on a first come, first serve basis.
Items that are out of stock usually ship within the
time quoted at checkout (phone) or by email on order
checkout page (online), which may vary by brand. Payment
will be secured in full as a 100% deposit and the
item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer(s).
As each 100% deposit order item becomes available,
it will ship properly packaged and insured via the
service you select. 100% deposit orders are left on
order until they ship. We continually seek updates
on backordered items with our vendors and will regularly
update your 100% deposit order status until the order
is filled. Rest assured that 100% deposit orders do
not get lost or forgotten about.

CANCEL ORDER POLICY: *Excludes weekends and holidays
All sales are considered final upon shipment from
either the supplier or ILspeed.com. Cancellation requests
are subject to ILspeed.com authorization. Please keep
in mind that some specialty item orders (Superchargers)
are not cancelable under any circumstances (see product
pages for details). Cancellation Process:
Email our Help Desk department to cancel an order.
We do not accept cancellations through phone, or voicemail
message. All Cancel Order requests are handled EXCLUSIVELY
through our Online Help Desk link located on the top
of every page on our website.
A Customer Service Representative will verify that
your order has not shipped. Once an order has been
shipped either from our warehouse or from the manufacturer
it may not be cancelled. Cancellation requests on
orders that have already shipped either from our warehouse
or from the manufacturer fall under the return guidelines
below.
Once we've verified that your order hasn't shipped,
we will issue you a credit to card used when placing
your order less a 5% cancellation fee.
The complete cancellation process usually takes 5
to 7 business days. After we issue your credit it
may take your bank up to 5 additional business days
to credit your account.

All Cancel Order requests and Cancel backorder request
will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGES :
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All sales are considered final upon shipment from
either the supplier or ILspeed.com
Returns or Exchanges may not be made without a Return
Merchandise Form, and Return Merchandise authorization
number.
RETURN / EXCHANGES POLICY:
WrenchList, Inc. RETURN POLICY All returns authorization
and authorization numbers are issued EXCLUSIVELY through
customer service who can be reached Monday Through
Friday, 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. Central Standard Time
excluding holidays which we are closed.
All new parts are guaranteed by the manufacture only.
If you are not satisfied with a part, you may return
it within 14 days for a refund If an item has free
shipping and you are returning that item for a refund,
the original shipping and processing cost incurred
by ILspeed.com will be deducted from the refund issued
along with a 20% restocking fee. or 30 days for exchange
only. All sales at ILspeed.com are considered FINAL.
All returned parts must be in "like new"
condition. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.
Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping
charges. In addition, if returning an item for a refund,
the original shipping cost incurred by ILspeed.com
will be deducted from the refund issued.
Returns for exchange are not subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping
charges. All products (including packaging) must be
returned in new, resalable condition. If any component
of the returned product is missing, IL Speed's return
procedure will be breached and may in its sole and
absolute discretion reject the entire return or we
may choose to impose additional charges against the
customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
The condition of the product will be determined at
our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or
missing packaging will be refused or returned to you
at your expense.
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following:
Chips/Tuners, DiabloSport, SCT products, Wheel/Tire
Packages, ANY Exhaust, Clutches, Dyno tuned option
kits, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective
items that have been used or installed on a vehicle,
and any electrical item sold by ILspeed.com .
All returns will only be accepted within 30 days
of the customer receiving the product and must contain
a Return Goods Authorization "RGA" number
and a Return Merchandise Form. ILspeed.com reserves
the right to refuse any package without an Return
Goods Authorization number and or the Return Merchandise
Form. Returns will be processed within 10 business
days ("business days" exclude weekends,
holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of
receipt.

Unauthorized Returns:
Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are
mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, will
not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility
of ILspeed.com.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or a partial
order then you must contact us within 72 hours of
receiving the order. If the issue is not reported
EXCLUSIVELY through our Online Help Deskwithin this
time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
In the event of a defect that is outside of our return
policy but within the manufacturer’s warranty, the
exchange will be handled directly with the manufacturer,
with the outcome of the claim being determined solely
by the manufacturer. ILspeed.com will, as a courtesy,
try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim for
the customer, with the understanding that ILspeed.com
does not make any decisions on these issues i.e. approvals,
denials, fees, etc.
NOTE: All return or exchange correspondence requests
are thru email only. If you have additional questions
or concerns please do not attempt to contact the exchange
support staff thru our sales desk only phone number,
that will only delay our ability to work with your
specific request. All correspondence must be by email
only.
NOTE: You will be required to send any defective product
for inspection, once it has been determined that the
product is incorrect for your application we will
at that time credit the >>UPS or Fed/Ex ground
service only << shipping cost. We do not accept
any shipment by U.S.P.S.
Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance
charges and all risk of loss for the return product
during shipment.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
Freight charges WILL be reimbursed if you received
a defective part or if the part you ordered was not
the one received.
Freight charges WILL NOT be reimbursed if you ordered
the wrong part or you decide you do not want/need
the product ordered.In addition, if returning an item
for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred
by ILspeed.com will be deducted from the refund issued.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
ILspeed.com takes every precaution to ensure that
your merchandise has been properly packaged and will
arrive to you new and intact; however we are dealing
with U.P.S., U.P.S. mishaps do occur. Please follow
these steps once your package arrives:
Inspect your order completely, while the delivery
driver is present.
If you should discover shipping damage, have the delivery
driver note the damage. You will need to immediately
contact UPS to begin the claims process. See footnote.
Please have your tracking number available BEFORE
you call UPS customer service.
Hold on to the merchandise, box and all packing materials
until advised otherwise by UPS.
It can take up to 8 business days for UPS to finalize
a claim.
Inspect your order immediately and completely while
your delivery driver is present. If you discover any
freight/shipping damage, DO NOT contact ILspeed.com.
Have your delivery driver note the damage in the writing
and contact UPS to file your claim. They will take
the necessary steps to reimburse you. If you do not
follow this procedure, UPS may not honor your claim
and the loss will be come your sole responsibility.
CREDITS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
ALL exchange items will be processed on a weekly
basis. Therefore, your account will not be credited
for 7-14 days AFTER the date the item was received
by ILspeed.com. If your credit does not appear on
your account AFTER 14 days, send a request via email
to custserv@ ILspeed.com. This is an automated system
- we are unable to provide any information by telephone.
Please DO NOT CALL again this is an automated system.
CLAIMS:
Title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery
to common carrier. Delivery of merchandise in good
condition is the responsibility of the carrier and
all claims of damage or shortage should be made with
the carrier immediately.
WARRANTY:
All merchandise Sold by ILspeed.com is fully guaranteed
against defects in material or workmanship by the
respective manufactures. Replacement will be limited
to parts and does not include labor claims of any
type.
CORES:
All core charges are refunded by ILspeed.com when
core is received by ILspeed.com. Defective or non-repairable
cores from customers are subject to replacement costs.
SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOM PARTS:
Whenever possible, we will manufacture special parts
not shown in our literature available for our customers.
These parts will be manufactured at current shop rates
and material costs. Payment in full, in advance, is
required before manufacturing begins. No refunds will
be made in the event of cancellation.

ILspeed.com Reserves the right to make changes in
materials and specifications or to make product changes
without incurring liability or obligation with respect
to similar products previously manufactured.
